Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $100 within the USA. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse and will then be delivered within 5-10 business days. S&H rates to the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii) and District of Columbia.
Wrong shipping address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping information. All extra costs due to the buyer's providing a wrong mailing address will be charged to the buyer before the shipment is sent out once again.
Return policy on all products
If you are not fully satisfied within 7 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. Contact our dedicated customer service at email@example.com and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.
NOTE: We will not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order. If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN the package will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be your responsibility.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. The scope which has been mounted to a firearm is considered "used". We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. Refused items will be shipped directly back to you at your expense.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please contact us before we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost.

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. Please allow us 2-4 weeks once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping time, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used. Please maintain all shipping receipts until your refund is complete.
Damaged or defective items
All items, unless specifically stated, are sold with a 14 day warranty to cover manufacturer defects. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org via e-mail immediately upon discovery of defect. Include your order number and detailed description of issues (with photos if possible). Once defect is determined, return instructions will be issued along with an RMA#. Follow instructions to return the item within 1 week of issuance of the RMA#. Items received beyond 2 weeks from the date of RMA issuance WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! For your protection, we recommend that you ship your item using a reliable, traceable carrier. AllRifleScopes.net is not responsible for lost packages. An approved RMA# must be issued for every return! NO EXCEPTIONS! Please maintain all shipping receipts until your return is complete.
